DO YOU LIKE BEING PLAYED FOR A FOOL? IF NOT, THEN READ THIS.

    It is quite obvious to anyone who cares enough to pay any attention to it that the GOP/Tea Party has been, is, and will continue to be engaged in an all out campaign to make voting as difficult as possible for those that traditionally vote for the Democratic ticket.

   Instead of trying to attract a wider and more diverse base of supporters the Conservatives have chosen to just keep their outdated and unpopular policies that appeal to a very limited and ever decreasing number of Americans. Their base is rife with bigoted whites whose hate filled souls let them accept and support a party that is wholly owned and manipulated by the elite 1%.  

   Even at the cost of voting for things against their own self interest the ignorant and hateful GOP/Tea Party members seem to prefer that over trying to accept a black man as president, or a woman's right to decide what's best for herself, or a gay couples desire to marry, or allowing millions of their fellow Americans  the ability to get healthcare, or etc., etc., etc. It doesn't seem to end.

   Now just because the GOP/Tea Party refuses to become part of the 21st century does not mean they don't want to win elections. They certainly want to do that. After all, their ultimate goal is to have total control over every aspect of our lives. They have just chosen a different method in being able to get elected. Even when most Americans disagree with their policies.

   The GOP/Tea Party figures that if it can't get more votes, then it needs to make sure the Democrats get less votes. That is exactly why they are so fervent in their agenda to enact as many laws as possible to make it more and more difficult for certain segments of the population to vote. Those segments just happen to be groups that traditionally vote Democrat.

   They have also done as much as they can to limit the number of voting days and hours a person can cast a ballot. They try to eliminate or minimize the ability for absentee voting. They reduce the number of voting booths in minority areas. They gerrymander districts. They get their partisan puppets on the Supreme court to strike down laws specifically designed to insure fair voting practices. They get those same puppets to allow the mega rich to give any amount of money they wish and to do it anonymously. 

   The list of despicable and truly un-American tactics that the GOP/Tea Party employs in their quest for voter suppression also seems endless. But there is one method they are using that is so diabolical and evil that it could only be devised by them. Voter apathy.

   They figure that if they can get people to believe that their vote didn't matter then those people just wouldn't vote. If they could convince people that both parties are equally corrupt and manipulated by the rich then people would figure it was pointless to vote. That is why they have made every effort in shutting down congress. They don't care if they look bad as long as they make people think that both parties are to blame. They have blocked all progress in the house for  the last 5 years for just that reason.

   If you notice their base of voters get overjoyed and enthusiastic when there is a government shutdown while the vast number of Americans only see a failed congress. GOP and Democrat alike. That is exactly what the Conservatives want you to think. They are playing people who don't even know they're being played.

   Don't let the GOP/Tea Party get away with their despicable behavior. They are a party of lies and deception. They don't give a damn about you, me, or anyone else that isn't rich and powerful. The Democratic party is not perfect, not by a long shot. But it is the party that believes that we are our brothers keeper and that ALL Americans deserve to have equal opportunities and protection under the law.

   Don't let yourself be manipulated by the nonstop B.S. the GOP/Tea Party engages in. Your vote matters. We are on the correct side of history. We vastly outnumber them. We just need to make sure we make ourselves heard and seen. Register early. Encourage others to register early. And for all of our sakes, VOTE.

THIS IS OUR GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY....DON'T SCREW IT UP...

   Opportunities like this are few and far between. And when they do come around you need to first off recognize them for what they are, and second you need to grab a hold of them and work them for all they're worth.

   The Golden opportunity that I'm referring to is the fact that the progressive liberal Democrats are in a position to virtually dominate the 2014 and 2016 national elections. The GOP has left the door wide open for us to clean their clocks at the polls.

   Even after the blood bath they took in 2012 they still haven't changed a bit of their losing strategy. They continue going forward with the identical failed agenda that proved so destructive to them already. And they just appear to be doubling down on that same flawed agenda.

   After alienating just about every group of voters from minorities and women to young people and the LGBT community the GOP/Tea Party ticket has been left with a threadbare base of old white men and diehard southern bigots. And those old white men aren't regenerating anytime soon.

   And as an added bonus for us the various factions that make up todays Conservative movement, namely the GOP and the Tea Party are at each others throat. Further still you have the Libertarian Party causing its own style of division among the ranks.

   The splintering of these groups alone should cause us to be very optimistic about our potentially being the majority in both houses after the 2014 race. But as the commercials say, "But wait..there's more". The fact that the GOP shut down the government in 2013 and then held America hostage has not been forgotten by the voters. The continuing success of the ACA will show how much the GOP was lying to America. The obstruction they created to make the congress the least productive in American history was there for all to see.

   The current desperation of the GOP is extremely apparent. They have resorted to their worn out old standbys, "Fast and furious", "The IRS scandal", and of course, "Benghazi..Benghazi..Benghazi". They know how pathetically weak they are and there is little they can do to fix it.

   That is why we can decimate them across the board. If we unite as a solid force and give it our all we can finally get to a place where the GOP can't stand in the way of jobs bills or infrastructure bills or the myriad of other legislation that we need to get America back to work. We need to work tirelessly toward that goal. We need to get out there and make sure their voter suppression tactics fail. We need to make sure every single Democratic voter knows just how critical the 2014 elections will be for our future.

   We also have to be aware of the dirty tricks the GOP likes to enlist in their arsenal. Things like ballot rigging and voter intimidation. Remember that they are extremely desperate and have absolutely nothing to lose. They will employ anything they can to win. They have no morals or decency when it comes to winning or stealing an election. They have already proved that many times in the recent past.

   As the clock continues to wind down toward the November election date we will see the GOP engaging in ever more desperate behavior. They will lie bully and scare as many people as possible in every conceivable way. But as I said we can and must put an end to these home grown terrorists that would let America fail for the sake of their elite masters.

   Just imagine the progress we can make as a nation when we have an elected body that is unified in the goal of restoring this great country to its proper standing in the world. It's a wonderful thought.

STAND TALL AND PROUD

   As you, I, and most all left leaning political folks know all too well, our fellow Americans who lean to the right possess a host of serious drawbacks that we find not only reprehensible, but also boggle our senses as to how they can talk themselves into not only accepting them as true, but of staunchly being in defense of them.

   It amazes me that without fail, every time I fight a battle of words and ideas with a conservative, be they GOP, Tea, or Libertarian party, it feels to me as to what it must be like to try catching a greased hog.

   Just as you corner them with logic, and grab hold of them with facts and truth, they simply grab hold of another absurd talking point they've been fed, and slip away from the issue at hand.

   After attempting to force reason and sanity upon the self induced ignorance they cling to, most of us on the left realize that those we are trying to expose to the truth aren't all single digit IQ lifeforms, but are just stubborn hard heads that either can't, or won't change their way of thinking.

   Whether from racial bigotry, identity insecurity, or ingrained tradition, those that hold fast to the lies and propaganda they get fed from Fox and their less than honorable elected reps. do exhibit one thing the left could employ more of, Dedication.

   For all their faults and weaknesses, the hard line right wingers do have dedication and commitment. Even though it is ill thought out, it still remains a positive virtue.

   These virtues do posses an inherent problem to the left leaning however, just the nature of being a liberal/progressive causes us to always examine and question things we are being told. To not just take the word of others as to the validity and honesty of a particular issue or event.

   We approach things pragmatically and require proof of their integrity and accuracy before assigning them our support.

   These are certainly critical steps in keeping our platform free from mindless obedience, but when we do commit to a position, we need to see it through to the end.

   For 6 years now the President we elected twice, Barrack Obama, has done amazing things in the recovery of America, and he has done it fighting more political opposition than any President in American history.

   As our President strives to improve the lives of EVERY American, he faces unending negative forces from the right. Forces whose only intent is to somehow defeat and dishonor him and any sort of legacy he might leave.

   These negative forces the GOP/Tea Party invoke are done so at the cost of whatever they deem needed. And if this country needs to self destruct to accomplish their agenda, so be it, they are more than willing to let America burn to the ground.

   And although the idea of giving them all their own section of land with which to establish their own miserable third world nation is extremely appealing, we are unfortunately, stuck with them.

   And so, that being the case,  we on the left must insure that America remains a country that is worth living in.

   To accomplish this task, we don't need to sink to the level of dirty tricks, lies, and voter suppression that the right loves to employ. After all we have the high ground by espousing equality for all, fairness for all, and acceptance of all.

   But we all need to commit ourselves to the cause. The ACA has now become a proven success story. Millions of Americans now have affordable healthcare. Something the GOP/Tea Party were counting on failing.

The unemployment rate is under 6%.

   President Obama has proven over and over to be a man of integrity, honor, and wisdom. Which is why the fear mongering haters of the right have not been able to make even one of their continuing barrage of false accusations stick, because they are all lies and distorted half truths. Just like most of the things the GOP/Tea Party says.

   If we all vote in the 2014 elections then we will keep the senate and maybe take back the house.

   So stand tall, don't fall victim to the ever increasing desperate lies the right spews out. Have faith that our President has our backs and that in the end we will be the victors, and the America we love will be purged of those that wish it ill.

VINDICATION IS HERE or (goodbye tea party)

   Can you feel it? That certain uneasy feeling that you are about to be forced to eat your own words, to have to admit that everything you've been spewing out of your mouth is nothing but bullshit. That you have once again been played the fool by your own party? You know, the party that told you to say that the ACA would fail miserably.

    I'm just kidding of course, conservatives never admit they were wrong, hell, if they did, then that's all they would be doing, no, they just move on to something else to bitch and whine about, as long as that doesn't get anything accomplished that is.

    With current news reports of insurance company scams nationwide being the overwhelming cause of people getting their policies cancelled, and supposed dramatic rate increases, my guess is that the conservatives will need to find new bitching points. And with the ever advancing ease that people are able to compare their options, they are being amazed at how much less they are going to have to pay for health insurance that actually has some quality to it, not the crap they were being sold before.

   With every passing day the success stories of Obamacare keep growing exponentially, and just knowing that the conservatives are cursing and grinding their teeth over it gives me more pleasure than I can convey.

    As I have said before, the point of no return has been passed, the GOP/Tea party are a wreck, maybe a train wreck, hahahahahaha.... Anyway, as I was saying, the GOP/Tea party bet the farm, and lost, every election from now through 2016 will be an exercise in failure and humiliation for them, and though I would normally try to empathize and give some type of comfort to the losing side, to this bunch I say, "good, you got what you deserved, you self righteous, self centered ignorant bigots".

    And just so you know, in your honor, I will whistle a chorus of Dixie every time I think of your pathetic asses.

    If there still remains anybody who thinks that the GOP/Tea party scandal search teams will somehow bring about the demise of either the ACA, or the President himself, do yourself a big, big favor, stop listening to those who would wish it possible, it isn't.

    The fear mongering, lie spreading, truth twisters known as the GOP/Tea party have been trying to nail President Obama on anything and everything since before he even took office, and they have yet to prove any wrongdoing on his part, but not for lack of trying, just for lack of culpability.

    The GOP/Tea party have shown everybody in the USA what they represent, a group of narrow minded bigots whose self imposed ignorance figures in perfectly with the way they would like to run this country, by forcing their so called morals and beliefs down the throats of every person in America.

    After being exposed as the American taliban that they are, the Tea party has even resorted to villifying those in their party who don't agree with their treason, who don't want the total destruction of the government, who don't fall in line like good little Nazi's.

    The GOP/Tea party has lost most of its support from businesses that now look to the more moderate Democratic party, this will continue because the far right will not stop its insane behavior until it is dead and buried, which it is fast approaching.

    So don't be upset when you see inflammatory articles touting Presidential scandal, that's just the death throes you're hearing from a small contingent of misguided racists, bigots, and ignorant idiots who are grasping at imaginary straws.

    The ACA (Obamacare) will become an overwhelming success, tens of millions of Americans will get healthcare for the first time, many more millions will see their insurance premiums reduced, at the same time that their coverage improves, and all the lies and scare tactics that the GOP/Tea party have been spreading will be exposed as the fearmongering propaganda that it is.

    Oh, and one more thing we'll see is the vast reduction of outrageous profiteering that the insurance industry, drug companies, and others have been strangling this nation with for decades. BTW, if you haven't figured it out by now, that is exactly why the ACA has been fought against so vehemently.

    So as I have said before, relax, sit back and watch the idiots run and scream in their futile attempt to stop the inevitable, it is very entertaining, and a well deserved end to those unpatriotic douchebags that would let America burn to the ground.

I LOVE THE TEA PARTY

   Of course anybody who knows me would find this statement absolutely absurd, but I assure you, it is totally the truth.

   Here are the reasons I love the Tea party.

   I love how they openly obstruct any progress that might be made in Congress, allowing all American voters to clearly see that they don't give a damn about the average citizen, just their self centered interests, and those of their elite puppet masters.

   I love how they openly threaten to destroy this nations economy if they don't get their childish way.

   I love how they unashamedly pass laws with the obvious intent of denying voting rights.

   I love how they continually pander to their ever shrinking base by acting like fools, voting 40+ times to repeal Obamacare, holding unending hearings on issues everybody knows are absurd.

  I love how they present candidates and spokesmen that appear to be recently released from some home for the mentally challenged.

   I love how they refuse to show anything but total contempt and dislike for gays, women, immigrants, and all minorities.

   I love all these things the Tea party does, because it will insure that in 2014 and 2016, America will finally get a group of leaders in Washington D.C. that will put the concerns of the people first, not the rich, not the oil companies, not the banks, not Wall street, but the American people.


   And I will also love seeing the Tea party fade away into oblivion, where they certainly 
belong.

IF YOU ARE A REPUBLICAN, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS

   This is a Plea to the every day Republican, it is not intended for the GOP elite, for you are a major reason that the Republican party is what it is today.

   My plea is also not directed at Libertarians or the members of the Tea Party, whose sole purpose is to totally shut down government and let the chips fall where they may, regardless of who pays the price.

   If you are just a regular middle class American who doesn't really want to get caught up in all the rhetoric and name calling in todays heated political climate, and you vote GOP, then this message is for you specifically.

   Just so you know, I had been a Republican for most of my life, not that I took any great interest in politics during that time, but my family were all Republicans, so I just went with the status quo.

   It was when Reagan was President that I started feeling uneasy about the direction the GOP was heading, the whole Iran/Contra scandal opened my eyes to their apparent agenda.

   When Bush senior invaded Iraq, I bought into the propaganda at the time, but I still didn't like that we were protecting the oil companies interests, while being told we were only there to save Kuwait.

   What started me questioning the integrity of the GOP was the 2000 elections, and the obvious ways  the voting was being manipulated to favor Bush Jr.

   As soon as he took power, George W. slashed taxes on the wealthiest among us, then he began to deregulate every industry in sight, giving his crony friends an open invitation to fleece us all.  

   Again, I didn't like it, but I accepted it.

   After 9/11, I, like most Americans, supported the President in his efforts to bring justice and safety to our nation.

   Within 2 years, Bush/Cheney had intimidated the congress into passing legislation that trampled our constitutional rights, and at the same time, openly lied to us so they could invade Iraq, something they had wanted to do for awhile.

   The GOP's tactics to get Bush re-elected in 2004, were to scare the hell out of Americans, telling them lie after lie how they had saved us from the boogymen, and that if we don't vote for them, then we will all be murdered by the unknown evil that lurks just outside our doors.

   In 2006/7 the walls on the GOP's house of cards began to collapse, the industries that the GOP were so eager to deregulate, proved just how greedy and destructive they could be without any oversight.

   Wall street pulled off the biggest Ponzi scheme in history with their housing derivatives nightmare, causing millions of Americans to lose their houses, jobs, and retirement savings when that bubble burst and plummeted the world into financial ruin.  

   By 2008, the sheer arrogance and condescending attitude of Bush/Cheney/GOP was too much, I was unable to even look at those criminals without the feeling that America was raped and beaten by them   
  Then, in the 2008 election,what were we offered? 
McCain and Palin, a man whose old enough to die any second, and a totally unqualified moron.

   By this time my eyes and ears were wide open on the political scene in America, it was incredibly obvious that the GOP was paying lip service to all the people, while fulfilling the agenda of their true masters, corporations, banks, big oil, and the elite rich in America.

   Not only have the GOP kept and maintained that agenda, they have put their efforts into hyper-drive. 

   The GOP has been blocking jobs bills and other legislation designed to bolster the economy for one reason, to blame Obama and the Democratic party for a failed economy.

   The list of liars and buffoons they offered in the 2012 election proves that whoever they put into office is just their puppet, completing their agenda.

   What I am asking you, the everyday Republican voter to do, is to ask yourself these questions, and honestly think about the answers you come up with, and when you are finished, if you are still sure that the GOP has yours and Americas best interest at heart, then God bless you, vote GOP, but if you see as I have, that money and power are the only gods they worship, then please reconsider putting them in office, where they can continue to destroy America.

   Ask yourself, Why does a party have a standing directive for its members to block any and all legislation proposed by the other party?

   Ask yourself, Why does a party vote down bills that would create millions of American jobs?

   Ask yourself, why would a party spend tens of millions of taxpayer dollars, and countless days, holding congressional hearings in the pursuit of scandalizing a President, when there is absolutely no evidence of his wrongdoing?

   Ask yourself, why would a party keep touting that we need more corporate deregulation, when we have already see the devastating effects that has?

   Now ask yourself this, do you really want to be associated with a party whose philosophy is that the ends justify the means, if we have to lie, deceive, spread false rumors, then so be it? Do you? Really?

   I'm not claiming that the Democrats are angels, they have their corrupt and self serving members too, but at least their agenda is to try and help the American people as a whole, not just the top 1%.

WOMEN ARE THE ANSWER

    I have come to the conclusion that what America is in need of most is women.

   The fairer sex constitutes over half the population, yet there are only a small fraction of that now in the house and senate seats.


  Why is that?

   Not withstanding the idiot Tea party women, or the over the top lunatic women of the far right, women in general seem to be much more adept at getting things accomplished in politics.

   We have superb examples of dynamic, hard working, charismatic women in Washington politics right now, and a potential Presidential candidate in 2016 that scares the crap out of the GOP.

   Women in places of political authority appear to be much more empathetic to those truly in need in America, and as such are much more effective in overcoming the challenges they present.

   Again, discounting the ridiculous idiots that the GOP offers, the women in office today are far and away much more admirable examples of the type of elected officials Americans are starving for than their male counterparts.

   There are many noble and honorable men in Washington D.C., but there are also very many who seem to view their job as a game, a game where the loser is us, the citizens of the United States.

   The Republican party has alienated itself from virtually every group in America except older white males, their outdated and bigoted mindset doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon, and anything they offer in the form of female candidates, are at best nothing but ignorant morons.

   The progressive liberal cause has always been dedicated to electing the candidate who can best accomplish the tasks given them, be they man or woman, black, white, or brown.

   I believe we need to encourage more women that they can make a difference in America, that they do have the power to change things for the better.

   Washington D.C. is the pinnacle of the backroom deal, it has been that way from the beginning, but women have been excluded from that old boys type of network for most of our history, so the best chance we have in getting elected officials that possess the independence, honesty, and integrity we desire, is to elect more women to office.

THE BOOGEYMEN ARE COMING

   I have previously warned that the GOP is currently putting forth every effort possible to recoup the political power they once held.

   They will do anything and everything in attempting to fulfill their agenda of regaining the Senate and the Presidency.

    The last time the GOP were in control this country was nearly destroyed from within, mainly because the GOP represents the concerns of the rich and powerful, not the other 99% of us.

   They have shown over and over again that any detrimental effects sustained by everyday Americans due to the GOP's goals of pleasing their lords and masters, big banks, big oil, big money, etc., are inconsequential to them.

   Now with Obamacare ready to kick in to high gear, the GOP knows it has little time left, that is why they are going all out to disparage it, and to try to delay its implementation, because thy know it will be successful, and people will like it.

   They literally don't give a damn about anybody but themselves.

   In light of their impending doom as a viable political party, the GOP is in the unique position of having absolutely nothing to lose, and as such is more than willing to employ any trick, scam, or lie in achieving their agenda.

   That is why I'm warning whoever will listen, we need to act now, if we sit idly by until the 2014 elections it will be too late, they will have had ample time to put into action whatever diabolical mechanisms they are planning.

   Yes, I said diabolical, that is not an exaggeration, they have continually lied and deceived, they have rigged elections, they have enacted laws to suppress minority voting, there isn't a dirty trick they haven't tried to pull off.

   We as liberal progressives MUST head off any GOP actions as soon as we spot them appearing.

    The recent supreme courts decision to strike down key segments of the voting rights act is a prime example, within hours of that decision Texas and Mississippi went forward with legislation designed precisely to suppress minority voting.

   This is just the tip of the iceberg, like I said, the GOP has got nothing to lose, and collateral damage is not their concern, even if that collateral damage is an entire nation.

   If we can take back the Congress in 2014 imagine the kind of jobs bills and infrastructure bills that will finally get enacted, this nation will then roar back to strength and health that has so far been blocked by the GOP.

   Stay alert, stay awake, and stay watchful, the GOP is the big bad boogeyman, but that boogeyman can and must be destroyed.

WARNING !!! THE GOP IS READYING FOR MASS ATTACK !!!

   Prior to their incredibly aggressive Blitzkrieg attack on Europe, the Nazis put Germanys industrial sector into hyper-drive producing weapons of war. They trained masses of new soldiers to fill their military. They spread lies and propaganda at every waking moment. They invented false scenarios to inflame public opinion against neighboring countries. Finally, they burned down the German parliament building, blamed it on the communists, declared martial law, and declared Hitler the Fuehrer, the undisputed ruler of Germany.

   When Japan decided that they were going to declare war on the United States in 1941, they first amassed a huge navy and army, then ships and planes. They predicted that if they were to have any chance for victory that they would first need to compromise our Pacific fleet, on December 7th 1941 they surprise attacked our naval base in Pearl Harbor Hawaii. Their plans worked nearly perfectly, many of our battleships were destroyed or severely damaged, as well as many other ships, luckily for us our aircraft carriers were at sea and were not part of the carnage. That same day Japan also attacked most of our naval bases located throughout the Pacific.

   In both these examples there are common traits, one is that they both had aggressive actions planned, namely war. Another is the building up of needed stocks of materials and weapons, and third was the need for secrecy while they prepared for war.

   Although it would most certainly appear otherwise, the shotcallers of the GOP are not stupid, not by a longshot. They are self serving, arrogant, and corrupt bigots, but they are not idiots, they realize just how little of a chance they stand in getting any of their candidates elected in 2014 and 2016. On a level playing field the Democrats will crush them like an aluminum can, but they aren't planning on facing them on a level field, they haven't tried that for some time now. What the GOP plans to do is to open their playbook of dirty tricks and employ each and every evil one of them.

   Dirty tricks and politics have gone hand in hand since there were politics, but the levels that the GOP has been demonstrating for the last dozen years or so is off the charts, and not only that, but the insidious nature of these tricks is unbelievable. You have to give them credit for coming up with some of the most evil ideas on winning elections that man has ever devised. There appears to be no limit as to what they will attempt to achieve their goals, they will destroy a nation if need be just to fulfill their twisted agenda.

   That is why I'm sending out this warning, I'm dead serious that I believe this is happening as you read these words. The GOP got beat up in 2008, in 2012 they got their ass handed to them on a silver platter, they have alienated so many groups of voters it's hard to keep track of them. With nothing left to lose the GOP is planning on unleashing dirty tricks and tactics that nobody else has even dreamed of yet, they will continue relentlessly accusing Obama and the Democrats of any made up scandal they can devise, they will take the art of lying to previously unknown heights, they will use every means possible to keep the minority vote obstructed in all the states, and they will use computer fraud to rig the counts.

   I've listed some of the things we know they will do, we know this because they have already used all of them in the past, but be ready, they are extremely desperate, they are all in now, and it's winner take all, so buckle your seat belt and watch what pure evil can do when it has to.

CUT THE CHEIF A LITTLE SLACK

   Because of being accused continually of having some sort of blind allegiance to President Obama, and because some things Obama does perplex my logical thinking, I will testify exactly what I believe.

    I believe that no party or individual politician is beyond reproach. I think that every last one of them are human,(well, maybe not Cheney and Bachmann) and they are subject to human frailties. Temptations exist for every manner of appetite and regardless of moral strength, the mighty have fallen before and it should come as no surprise that they still do. So it is imperative that once chosen, a representative of the people must have their feet kept to the fire. The constant scrutiny by all the people must be maintained if we expect excellence from our lawmakers.

   That being said, I, nor virtually anyone else are privy to what information our President has knowledge of, I have no doubt that as a candidate making political promises Obama was unaware of many things that would possibly alter his opinion on certain items, and once informed of those circumstances was forced to rethink his previous position. We should and must give him that latitude without undue criticism.

   When Obama took office he was met with the full fury from the opposition, he was told that the sole goal of the GOP was to insure his becoming a one term President. Who ever had to deal with that blatant bullshit before? Obamas big mistake was attempting to reach across the aisle and make everything bi-partisan when that was the very last thing Republicans were seeking. If he would have recognized their stubborn hostility earlier and just passed his desired legislation while the Democrats controlled both houses then a lot more would have been accomplished in his first two years.

   After the GOP took the Congress in 2010 all bets were off. The GOP representitves fell right in step in their obstruction of any and all legislation introduced by Obama or the Democrats.Even after the American public overwhelmingly rejected the GOP and it's platform in 2012, the Republicans continued their crusade to rid this planet of Obama and his policies.

   My apparent cheerleading for Obama and the Democratic party is largely due to the utter contempt I have for the GOP. I'm not an idiot, I realize that all political parties are corrupt to a certain level, but the GOP is so flagrant in their abuses to America that I can forgive many discretions being done by others.

   You always hear "quit blaming Bush", but you know what? That stupid SOB allowed Dick Cheney to lead him by the nose into the darkest, most evil filled days this nation has ever witnessed, together with the other traitors in the Bush criminal family this nation ended up virtually bankrupt of prestige, money, and hope. That was the legacy left by Bush and the GOP, that is the huge pile of shit that Obama was handed when he was elected in 2008. I said at the time, who the hell would want to have to try fixing this mess.

   But Obama did rise to the challenge, in the face of pure obstruction and defiance, he was not only able to halt the disaster of an economy about to collapse, but has in the last 4 years managed to bring back job growth, to stabilize the housing market, to allow the stock market to reach new high levels, to end the war in Iraq, to find and kill Bin Laden, to decimate Al Qeada, to return our auto industry to health, to give millions of Americans the opportunity to see a doctor and get proper medical attention, the list goes on and on and on.

   Obama did these things while a cowardly and treacherous Republican party did nothing, not a fucking thing, except employ every method, trick, and lie they could conjure to block anything that would shed a positive light on his Presidency. At the cost of untold miseries heaped upon the American public, the GOP stood directly in the path of jobs bills that would have employed millions, of infrastructure bills that would have not only created hundreds of thousands of jobs, but would have boosted our lagging economy and fixed our aging roads and bridges. These arrogant bastards even voted down legislation that over 90% of this country approved of...OVER 90%..

   President Obama has approved programs that I'm leery of, he has signed orders that make me uncomfortable, but I'll tell you what, all you have to do is open your eyes and reflect back into the recent past. The absolute ass fucking we were getting from the GOP, which continues to this day, gives me reason to believe that if they were returned to power,the GOP would pick right up where they left off and then bend us over for some more of the same.

   When America elected a black man as President, I was not only surprised, but I was completely filled with  joy and optimism , the knowledge of our people  having the ability to see past a persons skin color, and elect him to the most powerful job on the planet, gave me great hope for our nation, and our future.

   Time will tell if Obama will go down as a great President or not, but my bet is that without the leadership and determination he has already proven he possess, America would be a very different and less livable place than it currently is.

   America is still recovering, and the World continues to be at a very unnerving point in history, but imagining George Bush, or any of the other GOP offerings leading the way, is a nightmare I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

NEWSFLASH: OBAMA RESPONSIBLE FOR WATERGATE*IRAN/CONTRA*9/11 SCANDALS (satire)

   Just when we thought that Obama and his minions couldn't get in anymore trouble, Fox news has been notified by numerous of it's anonymous informants that there exists incredible amounts of hearsay evidence implicating the President and his henchmen in a myriad of misdeeds.

   1. Watergate scandal: Even at the age of 11 Barack Obama possessed a sinister spirit, realizing early on that being black meant that he would need to be a Democrat if he was ever to be elected as President, the young Obama set out to humiliate and taint the honorable GOP by staging certain incidences that would look as though the Republicans were involved in criminal behavior.

    After paying off the cops and certain CIA personnel Obama had his thugs ransack the Democratic election headquarters in Washington D.C. The thugs purposely left evidence of a bungled burglary in order to get caught so they could falsely claim to be working for the Nixon White House. Obamas plan was brilliant and worked perfectly, people unwittingly believed that Nixon was involved and the damage done was horrific. Because of Obamas need to besmirch the GOP, this country lost perhaps the greatest President it ever had.

   2. Iran/Contra scandal: In the mid 1980's the then 25 year old Obama realized that the current President, Ronald Reagan was becoming overwhelmingly popular and needed to be stopped. Through the contacts he had kept with the CIA Obama proceeded to employ a scheme he had been planning for just such an occasion.

    His close contacts with the Muslim brotherhood allowed him to go to Iran and set up a deal with Ayatollah Khomeini to sell weapons to that enemy of America. Obama then gave that money to the rebel Contras. Obama then called his friends in the liberal press and said that the Reagan White house was illegally funding that group against the dictates of Congress. Once again his plan worked flawlessly and the purely innocent Reagan had his unblemished reputation tainted by Obamas evil deceit.

   3. 9/11/2001: Obama was now only 5 years away from being legally old enough to be President. He figured that embarrassing President George Bush Jr. in office would allow him to win in 2008 so he devised his most evil plan ever.

    Again through his close ties with the Muslim brotherhood he arranged for a group of Islamic Jihadists to hijack airliners and crash them into the world trade center and the Pentagon. He thought that the public would see Bush's inability to protect them and drive him from office, but Bush's heroic response to the terrorist threat along with civil rights crippling legislation passed by the Senate and Congress scared Americans enough to keep Bush in power.

   This was seen by Obama as a temporary set back and he immediately launched another scheme to fulfill his goal of shaming and embarrassing this President.

    Obama spread rumors and planted false evidence that Saddam Hussein, President of Iraq had trained the 9/11 hijackers and that he had weapons of mass destruction stockpiled that he was planning on unleashing on America any day.

    This seemed preposterous to Bush, he asked Vice President Dick Cheney his opinion and Cheney told him that Iraq was now a peace loving nation and that Saddam was now a Christian missionary teaching Sunday school to kurdish children, he said that the information must be wrong and that holding Iraq guilty of any wrong doing would be an injustice of the greatest magnitude. Bush agreed with Cheney and decided to do nothing to Iraq.

   But Obama wasn't finished yet, he had his friends in the CIA convince Bush and Cheney that Saddam wasn't the angel everyone thought he was, and if we don't attack him now then we can expect a nuclear attack within a week.

   Bush and Cheney decided that protecting Americans was more important than there political careers so they selflessly went ahead with the invasion of Iraq. After discovering that no WMD's existed in Iraq Bush and Cheney realized that they had been duped, but by then the damage had been done and once again Obama had succeeded in tainting the image of one of Americas finest and most honorable President and Vice President teams.

   If it weren't for the fact that we here at Fox news are fair and balanced such reports by unnamed sources would be investigated thoroughly, but because we pay our unnamed sources only for honest news stories we feel their integrity is beyond reproach and they wouldn't fib.

Don't they know they're dead?

   Someone recently suggested that I should post some of my rants that I wrote before I started this blog. At the time, I thought those postings are mostly political and relate to the 2012 election. Which, according to my abacus, was before now, 2013. I thought the messages I was trying to convey were basically time stamped and had no place in the current time period.

WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!

   You see, I forgot to factor in the equation that the GOP and the trolls that reside there, are under the impression that the American public all have the same afflictions.

   Those afflictions consist of the following:

1.  We are all blind
2.  We are all deaf
3.  We are all stupid
4.  We all have a thirty-second memory
5.  Facts confuse us

   I find it virtually unbelievable that the Republican Party continues to try to shove the same ideas and ideology down our throats that the voters, clearly rejected in the latest election.

   Not only did the American public shun the GOP's platform, it rejected their various candidates on a wholesale level. Now, being blatantly lied to on an ongoing basis was bad enough, but they would get caught red-handed and just continue the lies.

   This was not an isolated incident, but an established agenda. So, what does that tell you about how they view us? They consider us either completely apathetic or completely stupid. Take your choice, they're equally offensive.

   The lengths that the GOP are willing to go to in order to satiate their base, whomever they might be, are bordering on treason. Purposely allowing untold damage to this nation, its economy and even its people. All for the sake of protecting and enriching the very small number of elite whom the GOP truly represent, is in my opinion an act worthy of prison time. Or better yet, hanging.

   The 8 years of George Bush Junior was an era that will go down in history as possibly the most corrupt administration that ever shamed the American Presidency. To this day, I am puzzled as to why that entire group of murderers, thieves and traitors has been allowed to walk freely among us. And yet, even with the evidence continuing to be revealed about the outrageous behavior of that administration, the GOP of today is offering the very same menu.

   George Bush Junior. was an idiot who served a need. A straw man for Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, etc. Now look at what we were offered last round; Romney, Trump, Gingrich, the assorted other losers. What they are saying was, is and will continue to be , isthat you and I are inconvenient objects that have to be tolerated, not taken seriously.

   The powers that run the GOP could not care less about you, me or 99.99% of this country. You are a bug to them. An insect of no value. Their agenda is their only focus and they are very used to getting what they want. To me personally, the GOP has mortally wounded itself. I can't see how it can resurrect itself as a party capable of winning any national elections very easily and it appears to me that they are determined to keep digging that hole deeper and deeper.

   And I say good riddance! I'm glad to be rid of your treacherous behavior, and the contemptuous way you purport a desire to help this country and its people  to be stronger and safer. I hope that whatever arises from the ashes of this meltdown will be a party that actually cares what happens to us.

GOD BLESS THE GOP

   Those who know me might be somewhat startled that I would wish an type of blessings on the GOP. As far back as Daddy Bush I have assumed the role of a politically independent individual.
Previous to that my allegiance was to the Republican party , although my participation was minimal at best.
I liked Reagan because he's an easy guy to like , handsome movie star politicians  were unique back then , and Jimmy Carters only entertaining quality was his brother Billy.

   It wasn't any particular thing daddy Bush did to persuade me away from the Republican party , it was more a combination of deceitful actions, broken promises, and out and out lies that opened my eyes to the truth of what values the GOP holds dear.

   I liked Bill Clinton a lot too , movie star looks and way of orating that made you feel as if what you thought really did matter , which of course it didn't.

   Then you come to the administration of what I believe will go down in history as the most embarrassing , corrupt , and anti-American Presidency to date , our buddy Junior Bush.


   Junior , along with fellow traitors such as Dick (how fitting) Cheney, Karl Rove , Rumsfeld , Wolfawitz , Rice , Clarke , Sununu , etc. , etc.,  etc. , were the proverbial icing on the cake for me to see what the GOP really represented , which by this time was obviously not the American people , at least not those who had annual incomes with less than seven digits , not including the decimal point.

   This kabal of treacherous thieves got to work immediately by first stealing a rigged election and began formulating any methods they could to legitimize invading Iraq . After getting intelligence about an impending attack on the World trade center , they went the extra mile to insure that this event , unlike the previous attempt to destroy the towers , would be so horrific that convincing the American public that the only way to safety was through their leadership , and God help any unpatriotic sleazebag that didn't fall in line.

   With virtually unlimited presidential powers , this administration set forth to force upon not only the American public , but the entire planet , their dark agenda , regardless of the effects on those they were sworn to protect , and the Constitution they were sworn to uphold.

   During the 8 year despot-like reign of these thugs , 2 wars were started , deregulation of businesses that would soon nearly melt down the world economy and rob millions of people of their retirement funds , and drain every ounce of world prestige this great country possessed.

   I found myself so infuriated and frustrated by these criminals , that I literally could not stand seeing them on television , if their image appeared on the screen I would immediately change the channel.

   It was toward the end of Juniors 2nd term that I began to have hope , not because of a new election , although that helped , no , I began having hope when Bush's arrogance was so outrageous that his actions even pissed of his own party , at that point it split into factions what those behind the scenes spent 30 years building , a powerhouse party.

   That brings us up to today , the GOP has yet to consolidate it's members and the evidence is obvious , Mitt Romney was a joke , and Karl Roves attempt at vote rigging like he previously did , was thwarted by the Anonymous group, leaving hundreds of millions of dollars going for NOTHING !

   The tactics employed , the lies blatantly professed , the facts massively ignored , the deception so effortlessly embraced , the hostility toward a womans rights over her own body ,their anti-science attitude , the list goes on and on and on .

   All these things have made the GOP an impotent , splintered  , squabbling group of individuals who can only retain any power because of jerry-mandered voting districts , and whose only legislative priorities are to protect the elite , and to block all legislationthe Democrats introduce,

   It's this abundant disclosure of their true inner  beliefs, that are apparent for all Americans to see and understand , contrary to their belief that we are all stupid , that I thank todays GOP , and may God bless them on their journey to oblivion.
