NEW YORK OFFICIALLY DECLARED WINNER OF ROGUE COP CONTEST (SATIRE)

Judges have officially declared that New York state is the winner of the rogue cop contest.

The competition was fierce, with many states vying for first place, but New York pulled ahead at the end and was crowned the "rogue cop capitol" of America.

New York is always one of the favorites to win, but with N.Y.C.'s unconstitutional stop and frisk  program, the opportunities for rogue cops to do what they do best increased exponentially.

The murdering of unarmed civilians and the unwarranted assault of tens of thousands of its citizens shows just how determined New Yorks finest were to win this competition.

Second place went to Florida, although they lacked the massive numbers of rogue cop events, the sunshine states cops displayed a unique and special performance of murdering the unarmed citizenry they "protect", along with their long history of racial profiling, these rogue cops were
stiff competition to the end.

California came in a solid third place, some were betting that the Oakland transit police killing of an unarmed youth, and the vast amount of assaults from the L.A. sheriffs dept. and police dept. would be enough to win the golden state the rogue cop title, but with this years competitive field, the best they  could do was third place.

Honorable mentions went to Texas and Ohio for the galant efforts  of their many, many rogue cops.

Although Arizona had very high numbers of reported rogue cop events, it was ruled that the TSA and other federal law agencies were the main source for many of those reports.

From the Detroit cops pulling over and robbing people at gunpoint,  to the Park forest,Ill. cops killing a 95 year old man in a nursing home, and countless other similar events, it is clear that the rogue cops of today outperform any that have gone before them, as future competitions should prove.

So congratulations New York, you are the proud title owner of the state with the most rogue cops.

THE STORY OF DOUCHEBAGISTAN Chapter 7 "The people of Douchebagistan"

The Douchebagistanian people are true blue to king Cheney.

Whatever the king said, the impressionable young douchebags would believe. Their loyalty is unquestioned, for the king had told them that facts were evil, and for them to believe his words, not their own eyes, and they did

Douchebagistan high school produced some that would go on to great fame, as these yearbook photos clearly show.

   See anyone you know?

Here we have the National members
of the Douchebag GOP tea party.

Here we witness some Douchebag police in the process of questioning a very suspicious person.

It was later found that he was not displaying an
"I love king Cheney" sticker on his vehicle so he was promptly shot.

Members of the Douchebagistan secret police are caught in party mode celebrating the hatching of the queens 9 reptilian daughters.

These members are all hand selected by the minister of hate Limbaugh.

Minister Limbaugh has spent countless hours with each of these members in locked rooms to insure that they are properly filled with his own particularly vile form of hatred.

His training appears to be very successful, for people will tell you that anyone who listens to Limbaugh long enough will soon find themselves hating everything.

This is a small sample of the Douchebagistan people, we'll look at more of them in future chapters of "The story of Douchebagistan"

TRAYVON DID NOT DIE IN VAIN

This is total  BULLSHIT. What the f*** was going through the questionably logical minds of those 6 jurors?

We know from her own testimony that at least one of them was a racist, and though 4 of the 5 remaining tried distancing themselves from her, it seems that there must be some common bond that allowed these women to all agree that a white man is perfectly within his rights to murder an unarmed black teenager who was walking home from the store.

I watched this trial  progress daily, I listened intently to witnesses testify, I tried as hard as possible to see the other side of the story.

What I ended up with in my own evaluations was that Zimmerman was not likely a candidate for 2nd degree murder, but his actions were exactly befitting the legal description of Floridas statute for manslaughter, basically gross indifference.

I will admit that I did not read the "stand your ground" law, but apparently it must go something like this.

" If an individual ignores directives from authorities and chooses instead to stalk and pursue innocent citizens in the imaginary belief that those citizens must be guilty of some criminal behavior performed at some place some where at some other time because those citizens are wearing a hooded sweatshirt while being part of a minority, then said individual has the right to confront and threaten said citizen, and if said citizen should object and attempt to flee from said individual, then said individual is within his rights to terminate said citizens life"

That must be the way the law is written, because after watching the evidence presented in the trial, including an uncle of Zimmerman lying outrageously under oath, a demonstration showing it to be impossible for Zimmerman to reach his gun in the position he stated he was in, the superficial wounds Zimmerman had after supposedly having been punched dozens of times and having his head slammed against concrete numerous times, the ever changing story he gave to police, etc., etc., etc.

Yes, the law must be written like that for 6 presumably non biased clear thinking rational human beings to render such a preposterous decision.

Zimmermans lawyer stating that if Treyvon was white and George was black, that this case would never have gone to trial is so f***ing stupid that I want to punch him in his lie spewing mouth. If a black adult stalked and murdered a white teen simply because he was suspicious looking to him, then that black man would be put to death by the ever loving state of Florida, and anybody who believes otherwise is fooling themselves.

I knew that Florida was a f***ed up state, but I didn't realize it was this bad, if I never set foot in it again it will be fine with me.

And for Zimmerman, regardless of the federal government charging him or not, the court of public opinion has made itself very, very clear, George Zimmernan is a cold hearted murderer, he is a racist bigoted vigilante who took the life of an innocent child.

I take a strange pleasure in knowing that Zimmerman will spend the rest of his life knowing he is one of the most hated individuals in human history, hated by countless millions of people around the world.

I also find it pleasing to know that Zimmerman will spend the rest of his life having to always be aware that many would enjoy his removal from amongst the living, and that perhaps one day some vigilante will re-enact the same murderous actions on him that he got away with, and wouldn't it be ironic for a Florida jury to find that person not guilty.

This event is just the most current in an ongoing saga of racial inequality in America, minorities were, are, and will continue to be treated as second class citizens as long as we allow the small minded bigots to have any say in our country.

Things like voter suppression are directly aimed at stifling the minority vote, and where is that voter suppression coming from? It's coming from the GOP!

Not all GOP are racists, but all racists seem to be GOP.

The supreme court said there was no longer a need for part 4 of the voting rights act, who do these GOP justices think they're fooling? They are oozing over with their not so well hidden political agenda.

In a previous blog I warned of a GOP that was pulling out all of the stops in a war they were preparing to wage in 2014 and 2016. We liberals need to unite in numbers and crush those anti-American bigots now, and we need to continue silencing their hate filled voices until this nation rids itself of this putrid vermin.

When Americans come to realize that we are ALL the same, that we are ALL equal in Gods eyes, then we become a better nation, and a better people.

IF YOU LIKE KILLING, MOVE TO FLORIDA

So here we are, George Zimmerman is found not guilty of 2nd degree murder or of manslaughter.

    What does that tell us?

That says that even though he was told not to follow Trayvon, even though he was proven to have lied over and over, even though his wounds were superficial, even though his story kept changing, even though he used racial slurs, even though he had taken defense training, that somehow 6 people were convinced that Zimmerman killed a teenage boy because he was in fear of his life.

And they gave him a pass.

I can only assume that these 6 women were mentally balanced and in control of all their faculties, but I didn't get to see jury selection so all I can do is to assume those things.

However, I did watch the trial with great interest. I watched intently as the defense team attempted to validate the most current story Zimmerman told.

I also kept glued to the proceedings as the prosecutor demonstrated how some of the things Zimmerman claimed occurred would have been impossible to take place.

I watched while Zimmermans uncle claimed he recognized Georges voice screaming for help on the television when he wasn't even watching the news show.

I watched and watched and watched.

After the testimonies and summations were finished, and the jury was instructed by the judge, I concluded that 2nd degree murder was probably not going to stick, but the manslaughter charge was custom made for this case.

When I first heard that he was found not guilty I admit that I was taken by complete surprise. How in this wide wide universe could 6 supposedly rational thinking people ever believe that Zimmerman was acting in self defense?

If your house was burning down and you ran back inside to save that bowling trophy you won 16 years ago, would you blame the fire for your burns? NO! It would be your own stupidity that got you injured.

I will readily admit that my faith in our supposed justice system is weak at best, but how these 6 jurors could abandon the obviously undeniable evidence  presented in favor of proposed scenarios of dubious origin is way, way beyond my comprehension.

The eventual outcome of this event would fit perfectly in the 1960's south, white man kills black teen, not guilty, but this happened in 2013. Are the southern states still that backwards? Is it just the wacky judicial system in Florida?

There are only 6 people who know what took place in those jury deliberations, but there are hundreds of millions worldwide who are totally perplexed as to how those 6 people could possibly render such an obviously flawed decision.

I am a middle aged white man who is enraged about this injustice, I can only assume that blacks are even more so. But then again, black people have been suffering American injustices for centuries now, despite what the authorities attempt to shove down our throats about there is no longer racial unfairness, and that the police don't do racial profiling, the statistics would easily prove otherwise.

Perhaps we can salvage something positive from this, it may get the needed dialogue started to force Americans into facing the fact that we still live in a segregated nation, where minorities are still treated like second class citizens, where opportunities and hope are limited to segments of society.

It is said that a problem cannot be solved until we first admit that a problem exists, well, a problem most certainly exists, and if we truly love this country, we will stand up and defend the principles it was founded on, that ALL people are equally important, that ALL people have a right for the pursuit of happiness.

6 people declared George Zimmerman not guilty, but millions and millions more know that he is a murderer, and he will appropriately  carry that title with him to HIS dying day.

WHEN TRUST IS BROKEN

I recently experienced two of my young family members taking a bottle of soda  out of my truck without asking me if they could. When asked if they were the guilty party , it was of course denied. After a couple of days my brother was able to coax a confession from them. They apologized to me and I would let my brother decide any punishment for them. I did however resolve to explain to them exactly what their actions cost them, it cost them my trust, and that the road to rebuilding ones trust is long, difficult, and not guaranteed of success.

As I contemplated on how I could best get my message across to them, I became more and more aware of just how important trusting was for the human race, that it touched every aspect of our lives, and if we were suddenly without it, we would not be able to function.

When we are children we trust our parents to care for us and keep us from harm. We send our children to school trusting they get a good education. We trust when our light turns green that the lights on the other signal turn red. It goes on and on and on, virtually everything we encounter requires a certain amount of trust.

I believe that a large part of the blame for the enormous amount of apathy that the people of America are experiencing are the direct result of trust being broken.

Look at our police departments, when I was growing up we were told that the police were our friends and if we needed any help, then just call them and you will be rescued. Well, the age of cell phones that record video has proven that those galant knights in blue seem to not only regularly exceed their authority, but are complicit in breaking more laws than anyone else. And now with illegal traffic stops for ID checks, they are part of an ongoing enterprise that flaunts their disregard of Constitutional laws.

We trust that when we go to the market to purchase our groceries that the products we are offered are wholesome and safe, only to find that 90% of that food has been genetically modified, and the meats and dairy come from animals filled with growth hormones and antibiotics.

Millions of people save money for decades to insure they can retire with dignity, they trust bankers to watch over their retirement funds and keep them safe, then those bankers invent complicated schemes with which to manipulate those funds into generating huge bonuses for the bankers and brokers, and then the bubble bursts, millions of people lose their life savings, pension funds get bankrupted, millions lose their homes, and the bankers say, "Oh, we're sorry, but there's nothing we can do for you", all the while these fat cats are tucking away millions in bonuses in their off shore accounts.

We elect representatives to send to Washington D.C., we trust them to speak and act on behalf of  those people that sent them, we trust that their actions will be motivated solely by the desire to fulfill the solemn oath they took to "protect, preserve, and defend our Constitution", and instead we get lawmakers who are so deep in the pockets of big banks and corporations that daylight can't enter. They blatantly lie to us while filling their greedy pockets courtesy of their crony co-conspirators.

When everything you thought you could trust turns out to be just groups abusing that trust to enrich themselves, I suppose apathy is the only thing you can do to keep from giving up all hope, so it should come as no surprise that some people take for granted that their leaders are not to be believed or trusted, and after all, who can blame them.

Justice Has Left The Building

When I watch shows on television such as "Law and Order," or any that dramatize the legal and judicial profession, I have to constantly stop myself from being critical of the reality they portray and remind myself to just relax and try to enjoy the story.

That's because the main fiction in those shows isn't the storyline; it's the way they depict how the system works.

From initial arrest to eventual outcome our modern legal system consists of people seemingly devoid of compassion and fair-mindedness. Starting with the cops who, depending on how much you piss them off, will take extremely wide interpretation of the laws in order to charge you with the maximum number of offenses possible and with the most severe degree possible for those offenses.

I have witnessed numerous times people being charged with first and second-degree felonies for things that are misdemeanors at best, and non-existent on more occasions than you might think. That is a result from society at large being ignorant of what their police departments are up to and the direct acceptance and encouragement of prosecuting attorneys at all levels of government to maximize any charges possible.

These prosecutors know that if they can intimidate someone by threatening massive fines and long prison sentences, it is highly likely that whatever they offer as a plea agreement on lesser charges and softer penalties, will be readily accepted by those accused, out of fear of being locked up for years and years.

The police and the prosecuting attorneys know that most of those charges won't stick. But, if they lose, it only costs them a judgement. On the other hand, if the accused loses, he will lose years of his life and more.

The prosecuting attorney's office is staffed with, perhaps, the most callous, heartless, ruthless and cynical members of all law-enforcement branches. They know that the more convictions they achieve, the better their résumé looks.

TV programs showing prosecutors exhibiting remorse for the accused being found guilty make me laugh. They couldn't possibly care any less about those they put away. And since a high percentage of those accused end up with court-appointed attorneys who get paid a flat fee for their representation, the advice almost always given is to "just take the deal." Thereby freeing up that court-appointed attorney to handle cases for which he's getting paid ten to twenty times the amount he gets from those the courts give him.

Blind justice no longer resides in this nation, only a legal grist mill run by uncaring self-centered people who do not see someone as an individual citizen who is innocent until proven guilty, but as a commodity, to be used in any fashion needed for the attainment of their personal goals

Please, Please, Please Say It Ain't So!

You know that feeling you get in your stomach when you're driving down the freeway, going about 72 miles per hour, watching other traffic, and perhaps scouting out lane change opportunities, when all of a sudden, as you are rounding the curve, you spot him: that semi-hidden vehicle parked in the shadows of the overpass, and with the drivers door open ever so much there sits a person wearing an official uniform; in their hands, they hold what looks like an over-sized pistol. That over-sized pistol is pointing directly at you, and as your foot instinctively separates from the accelerator pedal, your eyes immediately focus on the speedometer, you experience what feels like Mike Tyson landing one right in your midsection, because you just got caught.

As you pass that now obvious police vehicle, and witness in the rear view mirror that its door is now closed, its red and blue lights are flashing wildly and it is approaching you at what appears to be light speed, that a nice chat with the officer is about to befall you, followed by an invitation to donate a fair chunk of change to the powers-that-be.

It's that feeling, that nauseating gut-grabber that is starting to make its presence known to me more and more. As I keep tabs on the performance of our elected representatives in Washington D.C., I pay special attention to our President, Barack Obama and the way he carries himself while performing his Presidential duties.

I have always been a strong supporter of Obama, believing that the desperately needed changes this nation requires were being handled by someone with the ability and desire to get them done.

Through his first four years I defended him from all attackers, believing that they mostly consisted of bigots and sore losers. I touted that his progressive programs and social remedies were being sidelined and sabotaged by a treasonous Republican Congress, Hell-bent on an agenda of non-cooperation at any cost.

The uneasy feelings I am currently experiencing are derived from Obama's agreeing to and supporting of certain laws and legislation that seem to give our government more and more leeway to deny us our rights as American citizens. The authority to arrest, imprison and in the extreme, kill us.

Nobody on this planet was more elated than I was when George W. Bush and his criminal organization finally left the White House and my spirits and optimism had hit new highs when the GOP machine failed to retain the Oval Office.

I'm not giving up hope yet, I still believe President Obama truly has this nation's best interest at heart, and will guide us to a new era of American world leadership, and restore us as a role model for all other nations and restore the prosperity and prestige we once possessed, which the previous administration carelessly squandered away.

I'll be keeping a watchful eye on his future actions, and I'll be praying to God that he turns out to be the hero I so desperately want to believe in, and our nation so desperately needs.

What Seems To Be The Problem, Officer?

"Ay dehr, Bahb." "Ay dehr, Joe."
My inquisitive nature takes me exploring all over the web, and I seem to have a fondness for investigating articles pertaining to theories of conspiracies of one type or another.

Most of these postings are obviously tainted by extremists and bigots with a damaged way of thinking.  But, there are many that make a lot of sense and there are a few that contain enough evidence that make them undeniable.

There appears to be a recurring theme in a large number of these postings: the fact that all across America we are becoming a police state. If you search the web you will find an overwhelming number of incidents involving police misconduct. Everything from illegal traffic stops to planting of evidence, false arrest, perjury, and physical brutality.

Now, I realize this type of bad behavior has been around since there have been police, but the sheer volume you can witness on the web would indicate that a serious problem exists here in the land of the free.

The widespread ownership of cell phones that record video has no doubt made a tremendous difference in the ability for the average citizen to prove his side of the story.

Previous to these electronic witnesses it would be your word against the cops, and I think we all know how that would turn out.

There should be no doubt as to why the police are distancing themselves more and more from the public they are sworn to protect. It is because they're scared; scared because when you treat people with the kind of contempt displayed by law enforcement these days, you can certainly expect that a few of those people might not have a problem putting them in their place, or in the ground.

I have had enough interactions with law enforcement over many decades to come to the conclusion that there are three types of officers:

   1. A police officer will treat everybody equally, not form their opinion based on ones skin color or ethnic roots.  A police officer will allow you to explain your side of the story before making a decision of guilt, A police officer will treat you with proper respect according to your behavior.

   2. A cop will be dismissive of any reasons you give him that explain your actions if they don't agree with what he thinks you're up to, a cop will imagine he spots a license plate light broken, or a failure to use a signal when turning as an excuse to pull you over and interrogate you to satisfy his curiosity.

   3. A pig will base all of their opinions, judgements, and actions on one thing: the belief that they themselves are superior in society. With the exception of those that are like minded, the remainder of the population are scumbags that just haven't been caught yet. The superiority complex they harbor gives them the illusion that they are above the law. Disrespecting you is a deserved outcome. In their eyes your guilt is a foregone conclusion, and whether or not there is any evidence of misdeeds, they will not hesitate to accuse you of anything they believe. If they have to lie in a courtroom, or plant evidence at the scene, then so be it.  Because they know you've broken the law before and gotten away with it, so it's only fitting that you pay the price for it now.

I believe that a police officer has an enormously difficult job that we should honor and appreciate. I have nothing but admiration and respect for the courage and bravery they strive to maintain while having to face danger and human suffering on a daily basis. In my eyes the men and women who can perform their duties without compromising their integrity and honor are nothing less than heroes and should be recognized as such.

The vast amount of peace officers fall into the cops group. They seem to view wearing a badge as just a job and the methods used in performing the duties that are assigned them depends on however they feel that day, or if they had a fight with their spouse the night before, or if it's raining. The dedication that makes a police officer what they are seems to be lacking in cops.

Finally we have the pig, Thank God they are the minority of this group. Unfortunately, for the others in law enforcement these assholes' actions are what people remember most about their encounters with law enforcement, thereby tainting the publics view on all police, and since the blue wall of silence forces all police to protect their own, the criminality of these pieces of crap goes unpunished, thereby reinforcing their bad behavior as legitimate in their screwed up way of thinking.

Let us all pray that if we do become a police state we are policed by the police officers and not the pigs.
